Did you know you can customize the reminder emails? Well, you can and should! Training Tracker encourages you to customize the emails sent to your trainees through our system. Generic email subjects and unfamiliar senders can be easily overlooked by your users, leading to missed or delayed training and non-compliance. Our system allows you to customize the subject line and the opening paragraph to be more relevant to your business and your staff. We also include the name of the user who sent the email on the bottom, so if there are any questions, Trainees and Supervisors know who to ask.
