We’re thrilled to share a major milestone in our journey: Training Tracker® is officially certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA)!
This new designation validates what we’ve known all along—diverse leadership drives innovation, trust, and long-term value in the world of compliance and workforce safety.
What Is a WBE Certification?
The Woman Business Enterprise certification is a designation awarded to businesses that are at least 51% woman-owned, operated, and controlled. It’s a formal recognition of leadership, equity, and inclusion—especially important in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and transportation, where representation still lags behind.
Training Tracker’s certification gives us access to a broader range of contracting opportunities, especially within the public sector and supplier diversity programs across the state.
Why This Matters
Let’s face it—navigating compliance training, audits, and safety records isn’t always the most glamorous task, but it’s absolutely essential to a healthy, safe, and scalable business. That’s where Training Tracker comes in.
Our platform empowers companies to:
- 💡 Track employee training and certifications
- 🧾 Store audit-ready records
- ⏰ Automate alerts for renewals
- 🔎 Spot compliance gaps before inspectors do
And now, as a certified WBE, we can bring these powerful tools to even more organizations—especially those committed to working with diverse, mission-driven partners.
A Message from Our Founder
“Becoming a certified Woman Business Enterprise not only recognizes the roots of our company—it supports the future we’re building,” said *Jen Remsik*, CEO of Training Tracker. “We’re committed to simplifying compliance, creating safer workplaces, and doing so in a way that reflects our values of equity, clarity, and trust.”
