With a lifelong passion for event planning that began with planning her eighth birthday party and natural strengths for analytics, problem-solving, and people, Jen found herself with 20+ years of experience in people operations and event planning. In 2018 the opportunity arose to acquire the Training Tracker product. With Jen’s expertise and commitment to creating amazing customer experiences, she started the Training Tracker company and has been leading at the helm ever since, helping companies improve their training, safety, compliance, and culture, one team at a time.
As CEO of Training Tracker, Jen’s vision is a world where training and safety becomes easy and accessible for all, freeing up managers to do more of what they’re best at, leading people and keeping the logistics on track.
Jen is proud to lead a team prioritizing customer service with a personal touch.
Jen received her MBA in Small Business Management & Human Resource Management from Concordia University Wisconsin and was recognized as one of the 15 Madison Startup Leaders to Follow. She’s served in executive and management positions and has led teams through years of growth and maturity.
When she’s not organizing logistics, leading her team, or helping clients to be more effective with task management, you can find her snuggled up on the couch at home in Wisconsin with Riesling, her beloved French Bulldog, and Jim, her husband.
