Based on user feedback, we are rolling out Overdue Assignment Alerts. When an assignment in the Training Tracker system is past due, you will now receive an email alert showing you the past due items.
These alerts will go to any user with admin status. To check to see if your User role is set up to receive these alerts, go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the screen after you log in. This is also where you can opt-out of receiving these alerts.
These notifications are designed to help you stay on top of your employee training tasks, as we understand that you might not always be able to update the Training Tracker system on the same day your employee training is completed. We get it, life and work are busy, so we’re here to help!
The next phase of updates will include the ability for you to customize the timing of the alerts, and give you the ability to get reminders prior to tasks becoming overdue.
